An embroidery file is a digital embroidery design file for your embroidery machine. We send the files combined in a zip folder that contains the embroidery designs in exp, dst, jef, pes, vp3 and hus formats. You will also receive an instruction file in PDF format. To view and print this file you need the program "Adobe Reader". You purchase a data file and not a printed template.
If you want to order an embroidery file, you must register, i.e. open a customer account with us, because without a customer account you have no possibility to download the embroidery file. It is also not possible to order embroidery files as a guest. Each download link allows 3 downloads and is valid for 14 days.
You can download the embroidery file 3 times for 14 days after activation.
Upon full payment of the purchase price, acufactum transfers to the buyer the temporally and spatially unlimited, simple and non-transferable right to use the purchased embroidery designs for private purposes.
For commercial use acufactum transfers the temporally and spatially unlimited, simple and non-transferable right to apply the acquired embroidery designs digitally unchanged - in original size on any carrier material up to a maximum of twenty times (20 x) per series and then to sell them. In doing so, the author/designer must always be named according to the copyright notice of the motif. Any further commercial use requires a separate agreement with acufactum. In the commercial area acufactum does not transfer the right to duplicate the embroidery design files and/or to change the files. Passing on the files or violating the conditions will result in a criminal complaint.
E-instruction is the term we use to describe embroidery design templates and instructions that we make available to you for download as a PDF file after payment. When you purchase, you are purchasing a data file and not a printed pattern. Of course you can and may print the purchased pattern at home on your printer. All files are therefore also adapted to the DinA4 format. To view and print the PDF file you need the program "Adobe -Reader".
If you want to order an e-instruction, you must register, i.e. open a customer account with us, because without a customer account you will not be able to download the patterns. If you pay the order with Paypal you can download the samples in your customer account right after the order. For all other payment methods, the patterns will be unlocked after receipt of payment. Please note that an unlocking outside office hours and on weekends is unfortunately not possible. For pure e-embroidery sample orders, the minimum quantity surcharge does not apply. You will find your download links under: Your Account / Your Purchases/Orders. There you call up the corresponding order and click on the download button.
You may download our e-embroidery patterns 5 times for 4 weeks after activation.
It is forbidden to copy the PDF files, to pass them on via e-mail or storage media, or to use them for any commercial or industrial purpose. You may save a version of your e-instruction and a backup copy on your devices. You may print your e-instruction for your records. We cannot accept any liability for any errors that may occur in the sample or the information.
